Bilt Mastercard Rewards 2025, Sneak Peek at Potential New Perks
Hey travel hackers! Ever dream of earning points on your rent? The Bilt Mastercard has made that a reality for a while now. But hold onto your hats because things might be getting a lot more interesting. Bilt seems to be cooking up some changes, and we've got the inside scoop!

According to the newest event, Bilt is currently sending out surveys to existing users, gathering feedback on potential upgrades to the Bilt Mastercard. The survey showcases three different version:
- Zero Annual Fee Option: A no-fee Bilt card? Intriguing!
- $95 Annual Fee Option: Likely with enhanced perks.
- $550 Annual Fee Option: Now we're talking premium territory. Expect a LOT of benefits.
Let's back up for a sec for those not in the know. The Bilt Mastercard, as I write in my previous post Bilt Mastercard Rewards: Bilt Rent Day Event allows you to finally earn rewards on your rent payments (without those processing fees!).
But here's the kicker (and why you should pay attention now): The current signup bonus is big!
- Signup Bonus: Earn 5x points on all non-rent purchases for the first 5 days, up to 50,000 points.
Why is that so good? Bilt points are super valuable because they transfer to a ton of airlines and hotels (think United, American, Hyatt, and more!). With strategic transfers, you can easily get 1.5 cents per point or more. That means those 50,000 points could be worth at least $750 in free travel!
Alright, time for the fine print and some insider knowledge:
- Existing Users Only: The survey and potential Bilt 2.0 cards are targeted towards existing Bilt cardholders.
- NOT Finalized: This is crucial! The survey is just that – a survey. The final card offers could look very different based on user feedback. Don't get too attached to any particular perk just yet.
- Act Fast (Maybe): Given these potential changes, if you are interested in the Bilt card and its current benefits, now may be the time to apply so you can snag the signup bonus before it is nerfed.
So, what do you think? Are you excited about a potential Bilt Card 2.0? Let us know in the comments which features you'd love to see! And if you're not already a Bilt cardholder, that current signup bonus is looking mighty tempting, right? Go get it!
